Getabus Pty Ltd – Charter Services Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

While Getabus Pty Ltd makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee departure or arrival times. Delays may occur due to factors such as weather, traffic, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other causes beyond Getabus Pty Ltd’s control. Getabus Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or alter any service, advertised schedule, or route without prior notice.


2. Liability

Getabus Pty Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for:
• Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
• Inconvenience, delay, or additional expenses caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accidents, government restrictions or regulations, acts or omissions by individuals, traffic or road conditions, mechanical problems, or any other cause beyond Getabus Pty Ltd’s control.


3. Fares and Payments

• Fares are subject to change without notice.
• Getabus Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets.
• Tickets and bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.


4. Passenger Conduct

Getabus Pty Ltd reserves the right, without refund, to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct is:
• Disorderly or disruptive.
• Abusive or vulgar in language or behavior.
• In violation of any applicable rules, terms, or conditions for passengers.

If you observe inappropriate conduct or suspect a problem with another passenger, please notify the driver or Getabus representative immediately.


5. Photography and Media Consent

By boarding a Getabus Pty Ltd vehicle, you consent to the use of your voice, image, or likeness as part of any photography, video, or audio-recorded media during the service. This media may be used for promotional or operational purposes without compensation to you.


6. Alcohol and Smoking Policy

• The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on all Getabus vehicles.
• Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited under Federal and State law.


7. Recording Devices

• Video and audio recording onboard Getabus vehicles is strictly prohibited.


8. Accessibility

Getabus Pty Ltd is committed to providing accessible services.
• Vehicles with wheelchair access are available upon request.
• Written notice of the need for an accessible vehicle is strongly recommended at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability.
• Wheelchair lifts can accommodate up to approximately 600 pounds.

If you will be using a fold-up wheelchair and traveling with someone who can assist you on and off the vehicle, no prior notice is required as storage space for fold-up wheelchairs is available.


9. Vehicle Amenities

• Most Getabus Pty Ltd charter buses are equipped with on-board restrooms.
• Please note that vehicles may not be equipped with lap or shoulder belts or harnesses.
